The delivery of a domain’s AuthInfo code via registered postal mail or PEC (certified email) is an extraordinary procedure, generally used in cases of legal disputes or specific circumstances.

Under normal conditions, the AuthInfo code is provided free of charge via email to the address associated with the domain.


Request Requirements

To proceed with the delivery of the AuthInfo via registered mail or PEC, the Registrant must provide:

Formal written request

  • The request must be issued by the domain Registrant

Signature of the request

  • Digital signature in PADES format, or
  • Handwritten signature, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document

Explicit indication of the delivery address

  • Full postal address for registered mail (within the European geographical area only), or
  • PEC address to which the AuthInfo should be sent

Costs

The service fee is: €27 + VAT

  • that I am the legitimate Registrant of the above-mentioned domain;
  • that the information provided in this request is accurate and truthful;
  • that I assume full responsibility for any use of the requested AuthInfo code.

The request may be submitted:

  • As an attachment to a support ticket
  • Or via standard email to info@domainregister.it

Please open a support ticket to request the PEC address to which the request should be sent.


Payment

Payment of the flat fee of €27.00 + VAT (administrative fee) can be made by:

  • Preloading credit to your account on DomainRegister.international
  • Or, for payment via bank transfer, by contacting info@domainregister.it and providing billing details; a proforma invoice will be issued, including the exact amount (with applicable local VAT) and payment instructions
